Returns & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of tea, we cannot accept returns on opened food products. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order or received the wrong item, we are here to help.

Return Process

    Initiate Request

    Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the items.

  • 2.
    Receive Authorization

    Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if applicable.

  • 3.
    Pack & Ship

    Securely pack the unopened items in their original packaging and attach the provided return shipping label.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
